----- We are using either the ordinary gravity pouring process or the centrifugal pouring process,or a combination of both processes.Customers are free to choose which process they prefer.
----- The centrifugal pouring process for big size rolls is a recently developed pouring process.The notable advantages of rolls made by centrifugal pouring process vs rolls made by ordinary gravity pouring process are:
1. The solidifying is under the action of the centrifugal force, so it has the high density, white iron uniform layer and there is not any defect of gas hole, sand ecplosion and residue.
2. The centrifugal casting roller can be inlaid with a sleeve, It can to reduce the consumpsion of raw material and the weight of the roller.
3. It is very convenient to drill hole due to the uniform white casting layer.
4.The working surface hardness of the CCCR can be produced according to the demand of the users, up to HS72+/-2,in general, it has the high anti-wear property, good inner ductility and steady quality.
5.The working layer of the rollers are uniform and there is a small hardness variation(bellow HS5), The quality steability of the roller is assured.
6. Long working life( more 3-5 times working life than the vertical static casting rollers) can save number of facts for the users.
7. The variety scale rollers can be produced accoding to demand of the users( the maximum up to 1000*6000mm)
